Lindsay Holland

Originally from Allentown Pennsylvania, Lindsay has been riding and competing from 9 years old. In her teens, a farrier improperly shoed her horse and injured him, which she vowed would never happen again. Soon after, Lindsay attended Farrier school in Oklahoma then moved to Florida and apprenticed herself to Thomas Stallings for several years. While building her local clientele in Wellington, Florida, Lindsay met Riding Master Baron Julius von Uhl. She was intrigued by his knowledge and training style in Classical Dressage and Haute école, and accompanied him to observe his training sessions at Arabian Nights Dinner Theater. Through this experience, she met Dr. Donna Woefel, the staff veterinarian for Arabian Nights and Walt Disney World. Dr. Woefel was impressed with Lindsay's ability to keep horses barefoot, as well as correct imbalances through shoeing. As a result, Lindsay joined the farrier staff for both Walt Disney World and Arabian Nights. She also went on to become a certified trainer through the Von Uhl school of Horsemanship. After 15 years building her training & farrier business in Palm Beach County Florida, Lindsay moved to Chardon, Ohio to be closer to family.

Lindsay’s specialties include: barefoot hoof care, advanced groundwork training, starting, and trick training.

Lindsay’s broad riding interests include (but are not limited to): Dressage, eventing, and driving.
